Cancelling practices for inclement weather

If Seymour School district does not have school, there will not be any practice that day.  If Seymour School district lets out of school early, then there will also not be any practice.

Pentathlon in Feb.

Seymour will be hosting a pentathlon on Feb. 13th.  Warm-ups at 8:00 am and meet will start at 9:00am.
